Squash Salad: delicata, kubocha, vadouvan, watercress, chevre, chestnuts, honeycomb

Cioppino: manila clams, bay scallops, melted leeks, smoked san marzano tomato, squid ink, rye bread

*Willet Special Reserve
Steak & Potatoes: 30 day dry aged prime ribeye, oxtail, celery velouté, sweet potato, southern consommé

Before you reserve your table please note: while we strive to accommodate special requests and diets, this is a prix fixe menu and we will not be able make individual changes for this event, the bar will be open if you would prefer something other than the drinks served.
